This month the second graders read Mary Pope Osborne’s book “Thanksgiving on Thursday “. They learned that the Pilgrims were thankful for the help of the Wampanoag tribe and for making it through the first winter at Plymouth. Then they made a turkey and on each of the feathers wrote what they are thankful for in their lives.
